Family Photos in the Tetons | Williford Family

Williford Family Photos in the Tetons

We had the most beautiful summer evening for this stunning family’s family photos in the Tetons. Their session took place at String Lake in Jackson Hole, and the light was perfect for getting the views of the Tetons. This family traveled from Florida for a family vacation and hired me to photograph them while they were all together.  I love that this is a new trend for vacations!  What a cool way to remember your trip! I have enjoyed meeting so many people from all over when they come to visit Grand Teton National Park.

As soon as they stepped out of their cars, I knew that it was going to be a great photoshoot.  I still can’t get over how gorgeous all of their dresses were!  I seriously could have done a full shoot with each family; it was hard to split the time up!  The little kids were so much fun to photograph; their personalities were so happy!  I loved seeing how much love this family had for each other, and you could tell that the grandparents were so proud of their children and grandchildren.  It is always so special to photograph the relationships of other families.

Spring in Jackson Hole

I have been lucky enough to photograph this beautiful family a few times in the beautiful Grand Teton National Park. You can see their first photo session here. They had a few new additions for their recent Family Photos in the Tetons. Jackson Hole is one of my favorite places, it will become one of your favorites too! There is always something new to explore or a new restaurant to try. Here are a few of my favorite things to do in
the area!

Winter Jackson Hole Family Photos | Jackson Hole Photographer

January 18, 2019

I had so much fun photographing this beautiful family in Teton National Park.  It is already pretty cold in Jackson in early November but still so beautiful!!  I don’t think the Tetons ever look bad!  Their little boy was such a champ with the cold!

This cute family just moved to Jackson and they are loving their new home, I don’t blame them!  At the end of the shoot I just wanted to keep hanging out! They were such good parents to their little boy and I loved talking about all of the adventures that they have had so far in Jackson!  They chose the most perfect outfits for the setting, neautrals are always a good choice when you are deciding what to wear for your photos.  I love her hat that she brought along too for some of the pictures.  Don’t be afraid to bring accessories that won’t be used for the entire shoot.  I love having the guy wear a sport jacket with jeans, it is the perfect mix of formal and casual.

Looking to book a winter shoot in Jackson?  Here are some tips to keep you warm during your winter photo session.  Wear layers so you can stay as warm as possible with still keeping your style.  Bring a coat or blanket to wrap up in between shots.  If you wear gloves you can keep one on behind to try to keep as much warmth in.  Wear good shoes or boots with warm socks, having warm feet will make all of the difference.  Bring hand warmers.  Bring some hot drinks along in a thermos for the car.  Be ready to have a lot of fun, winter shoots can be some of my favorites!  I will usually shoot as long as you can handle it and then we can warm up in the cars and go out for more.  There is something so magical about seeing the Tetons in the winter, everything is just calm and peaceful.  Email me to set up your shoot before the snow is gone, it always goes too quick! jessica@jessicasphoto.com

Spring Family Photo Shoot

February 26, 2018

I can’t believe Spring is here again!  I love when winter moves to spring, I feel like the time keeps moving faster and faster.  I use to dread when each season came to an end, because I can never get enough of what the season had to offer.  I have now realized how fast we get back to each season.  Spring is one of my favorite times for photo sessions, there is something about the blossoms that makes me so happy!  Blooms are already starting down in Southern Utah, and they won’t be too far behind in Northern Utah.  My schedule is filling up fast and I would love to shoot as many sessions in the beautiful blossoms!  Email me to book your session today! jessica@jessicasphoto.com I would love to hear from you!
